All orders ship free within the United States and are fully insured during transit.
Browse our collection at chronoluxe.com, select the piece you wish to purchase, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Transit takes an additional 6–10 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 11–16 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
If your order has not arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at concierge@chronoluxe.com immediately.
Yes. Every ChronoLuxe order is fully insured during transit. We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with an ineligible address may be delayed or canceled.
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at concierge@chronoluxe.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned for updates.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages. Each piece does arrive in a tissue-wrapped finish, making it gift-ready as-is.
Each ChronoLuxe order ships with a printed instruction manual. In general: pull the crown to the first position to set the date, and to the second position to set the time. Push the crown back in to resume normal operation. If you have misplaced your manual, please email us and we will send a digital copy.
Metal bracelets come with extra links included in the box. We strongly recommend having sizing done by a professional specialist or jeweler to avoid damage. Please note: once a bracelet or strap has been sized or altered, the item becomes ineligible for return.
Do not size your item until you are fully satisfied with it. Sizing voids your return eligibility per our Return Policy.
Water resistance ratings vary by model. Please refer to the individual product page or the included documentation for the specific rating of your item. As a general rule:
Avoid hot tumble dryers on stretch and rayon blends — they shorten fiber life and can shrink a perfect luxury fit.
To keep your ChronoLuxe pieces looking their best:
Not necessarily. Automatic movements are powered by the motion of your wrist. If left unworn for more than 36–48 hours, the item will run down and stop — this is completely normal. To restart it, give the item 20–30 gentle oscillations to wind the mainspring, then set the time. If the item continues to stop while being worn regularly, please contact us.
Each ChronoLuxe order includes a warranty card in the box. Please keep it in a safe place. Warranty terms and duration vary by model — refer to your warranty card for full details. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Absolutely. Every piece sold at ChronoLuxe is 100% authentic and is carefully inspected before shipment. All items are shipped with original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
Your card is charged after your order has been successfully shipped, not at the time of placing the order.
Yes. We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your information. All credit card data is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your payment details are used solely to process your transaction and are never stored on our servers.
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at concierge@chronoluxe.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our return conditions. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Please contact us at concierge@chronoluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, the damage, and the outer shipping packaging.
We will review your case and propose an appropriate resolution — replacement, repair, or full refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
If the outer box looks damaged upon delivery, photograph the packaging before opening and note the condition with the carrier driver if possible.
