How long will my order take to arrive?
US Standard orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch, while US Expedited orders arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders take 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. You can also check the status any time under My Orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities; these are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways and protected by SSL encryption.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update or cancel it. Please email us at concierge@chronoluxe.com within 1 hour of ordering with your order number. Once the order has shipped, please follow our returns process after it arrives.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For full details, please read our Refund and Returns Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve the refund and it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email concierge@chronoluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. If you are between sizes or have any doubts, contact us and we will help you choose the right fit.
How do I care for my items?
Care instructions vary by movement and case material. As a general rule, mechanical and automatic watches benefit from a service every 4–5 years; keep all watches away from magnetic fields, and rinse stainless-steel cases with fresh water after sea exposure. Leather straps should be kept dry; replace them every 12–18 months for hygiene.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and delivered instantly by email. They never expire and can be redeemed for any item on our store.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular items are often restocked. Click the “Notify Me” button on any sold-out product page to be automatically emailed as soon as it is back in stock.
