Shipping & Returns

Every ChronoLuxe order is packed with care and shipped through reliable carriers. Below you will find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Delivery times below are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

  • US Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • US Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Standard: 10–20 business days
  • International Express: 5–10 business days

Delivery windows may extend during peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), severe weather, or due to customs clearance for international orders.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Free US Standard Shipping on every order, fully tracked and insured.
  • Flat rate shipping for smaller domestic orders is displayed at checkout.
  • International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on carrier pricing.

4. Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also view tracking details in the My Orders section of your account.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us at concierge@chronoluxe.com and we will do our best to arrange shipment.

6. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority at the time of delivery. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at concierge@chronoluxe.com and we will update it if the order has not yet shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at concierge@chronoluxe.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

9. Undeliverable and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failure to claim the parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The cost of the new shipping label will be the responsibility of the customer.
